Please, follow these three steps:

Step 1: enter IEEE PDF eXpress Plus 
Step 2: submit your final paper
Step 3: a) if it passed, please, save it by clicking on the "Approve for Collection" link.

When you save the paper, the paper file name should be the following:iwobi2019_x_name.pdf
where
x: paper number from EasyChair (range from 1 till 150; no longer characters are accepted)
name: first author

b) if it failed, please, correct the paper and start again until it is accepted.


If the paper is not submitted in the given format, it will be removed at once.

If the paper is not created totally similar to IEEE format and requirements, it will not be included into IEEE Xplore database after the conference.

Please, do NOT insert header, footer and page numbers.

The paper will be checked against plagiarism.

This is the collection site of final papers. It is open until June 18. No paper is accepted after this deadline.
Authors are allowed to submit a paper only once, no duplicated papers are accepted.
